Eighty children now spend their Saturday mornings learning the language of their grandparents — our biggest cohort yet, taught by a growing team of volunteer tutors.
Funding let us double our most-loved session for older residents.
More than a hundred older people now share hot food, gentle exercise and good company twice a week instead of once — and the waiting list is finally gone.
Twenty-five young people picked up a bat with us for the first time.
Qualified coaches, free kit and a summer of fixtures gave local young people fitness, discipline and friendships that reach well beyond the boundary rope.
Our first accredited course welcomed learners back into education.
Local women — many returning to study after years away — gained childcare qualifications, CV support and the confidence to step into work placements at local nurseries.
